Process
#1. Sketch
I will send you 1-3 rough sketches and a preview of how it will look rendered.
Minor changes are possible at any point during the painting process.
You can request up to 3 larger revisions during the sketch phase.
#2. Rendering
I will keep you updated throughout the process.
Minor changes are possible at any point during the painting process.
After the final Sketch, larger revisions are possible at additional costs.

• Payment via PayPal, in Euro (€). Roughly 4.5% of the total price is PayPal fees (varies depending on your country).

Please read through the following information. By commissioning me you agree to my terms of service.
1. Client Requirements
• You must be 18+ and read my Commission Information & Terms of Service in full.
• Post only the low-resolution versions with my watermark online and credit me. Do not post the High-Res version online.
• You may not alter the commissioned Artwork or edit out my watermark.
• Please keep Copyright and limits of your required usage rights in mind.
2. Payment
• Payment via PayPal, in Euro (€). Roughly 4.5% of the total price is PayPal fees (varies depending on your country).
• The invoice must be paid in full as soon as possible, no later than two weeks from when it was issued. No refunds.
• Tips are very welcome! My invoices allow tips to be added to the payment. You can also send tips via https://ko-fi.com/yasartpage
3. Delivery
• The time frame can vary depending on the complexity and my availability. Please notify me if you have a deadline.
• Commissions will be delivered to you through email. Prices are for digital products only.
• You will receive two digital images of the finished Artwork: One in high resolution and one in __lower resolution__ with a larger watermark for posting online.
Please do NOT post the high-res version online.
4. Revisions
• Minor changes are possible at any point during the painting process!
• You can request up to 3 larger revisions during the sketch phase. Changes during the rendering stage are limited. Any extra changes may be declined or require an additional fee.
5. Copyright & Usage Rights
• I maintain full rights to the commissioned Artwork and have the right to post any commission on my social media and use it for my portfolio.
• I reserve the right to include my watermark in the corner of each Artwork.
• I require being credited (tag & mention) when the Artwork is posted on social media.
• You may not alter the commissioned Artwork or edit out my watermark.
- 5.1. Personal use
• The Artwork is for personal use only. I draw this for you to love, post on your social media, and print out and hang up in your room/ gift to a loved one.
• You cannot alter, modify, distribute, or use it for commercial or advertising purposes.
• I may alter, modify, and sell it in my shop.- 5.2. Commercial use
• A Commercial License is needed if you wish to use the commission on products of any kind and distribute it either for profit or on a large scale.
6. Miscellany
• Any ill behavior will not be tolerated, and the commission might be canceled if it occurs.
• I have the right to refuse a commission if I’m not comfortable. I will not accept commissions with certain subject matters.

Privacy Policy
By commissioning me, personal data is processed - exclusively for processing and answering your request and only to the extent required for this. The legal basis for the processing of this data is the legitimate interest in answering your request following Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR.Your data will be deleted if it can be inferred from circumstances that the facts in question have been finally clarified and provided that there are no legal storage obligations to the contrary.I offer customers the option of ordering personalization of products by transmitting image files. The submitted image will be used as a template for personalizing the selected product. I then record, store and use the files transmitted exclusively to process your commission following Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR. After the order has been processed, the transmitted image files will be automatically and completely deleted.
The duration of the storage of personal data is based on the respective legal basis, the processing purpose, and - if relevant - also based on the respective statutory retention period and will be deleted when they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.Your personal details will not be sold or given to any other third parties.
